Dear Sir or Madam,

Hello! Our organization name is Cultural Exchange Options Inc. (CEO Inc.) Our organization is devoted to and engaged in non-profit international cultural exchange programs. This winter we will host a Winter Camp for foreign high-school students. Next summer we will host a Summer Camp, also for foreign high-school students. For these two camps the students will be coming from China. In order to make our role in cultural exchange better we need your help.

We need your help by hosting 1-3 students in your home. The stay will be about five days. During their stay you need to provide housing, breakfast and dinner, but we will cover your cost of providing the needs to the students by compensating $30 per student, per day. It is optional if you want us to cover your cost. If you can accept 1-3 students, we thank you; also we will show our gratitude by gifting you Chinese art.

The camps only last around five days(Summer 5 days or up) in Williamsburg. During the day, we will execute our planned activities for the students. There will be time left each day if your family and you would like to plan any activities for the students. On the final day of their stay in Williamsburg, we will host a party for the students, and your family to kindly thank you for your help in the success of the camp and cultural exchange.

We will communicate information about the camp two months prior to the beginning of the camp. When we have a detail plan of the camp's daily schedule, we will give you a copy. We estimate the Winter Camp will be in February. The Summer Camp will range from July and August. If you are interest, or might be interested in hosting 1-3 students please contact us any time.
